I'm very much enjoying Eifelheim and Michael Flynn, for a bunch of reasons, more than reading Tim Powers, I'm sorry to say. I'll be reading the conclusion of Eifelheim this evening, God willing. I've never read a story in which I've not anticipated the next turn every time! I'm now expecting to learn that Sharon has constructed her device and vanished into her "Trinity of Trinities" with some damage to the physics lab. If not, I get tagged out at Flynn's base again.
